Features of hot cold pack:
1.It is available for hot or cold compress.Necessary as a first-aid
for every family.
2.For hot compress,please put in microwavable container or cover
comppletely with water at medium power setting for 30 seconds
interval each time until reaching the required temperature or soak
into hot water approx 80-90 degree celsius for 3-5 minutes.
3.For cold compress,please keep it in the freezer for an hour
before using.
4.Non-toxic,non-caustic.
Application of hot cold pack:Cold
Store in the freezer so that the pack is ready to use in case of
injury.
Approximately 1hour is required to freeze gel ideal to use for:
Reducing swelling
Toothache
Temporary relief of headache
Reducing fevers
Application of hot cold pack:Hot
Microwave:place gel pack into microwave for approcimately 30
seconds(if the gel pack is at room temperature) or 1 minute(if the
gel pack is frozen) on intermediate power.After this time,check
that the correct tempperature has been reached.If not,further
exposure should be
in 10 seconds bursts.
Times are based on an 800W microwave.
Adjust heating times accordingly to suit the power of your
microwave.
Hot water:bring water to boil. Remove from heat. And immerse the
gel pack for approcimately 4-10 minutes. Check every 1 minute to
see if the correct temperature has been reached. Ideal to use
for-temporary re;ief of muscle aches and pains,back pain,sinusitis
and menstrual cramps.
